They want to test your people skills and ability to work in a fast pace environment. It’s usually one initial interview and then training. You also have to pass a menu test.

What does great customer service look like for you?
In person with multiple people being interviewed at the same time as you, usually starts with the manager and if they like you, they would introduce you and the owner of the restaurant will interview you and give you the job on the spot.
Easy and straightforward. Talk about your experience and why you want to work there. Hired me on spot and organized my orientation days. Worked with my schedule and accept seasonal work.
