I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Texas Roadhouse (Wilmington, NC) in Nov 2012
Interview
Handed in my application, got a phone call to interview with a shift manager who asks about experience, then an interview with managing partner who decides if you will be a good fit for the company based on the culture and your relevant job experience. Overall it is a casual process and not hard at all.

Was asked about previous restaraunt experience. Met with shift manager to discuss hours. Discussed job description and expectations. Met with members of the team, servers, bartender/bar back, bussers, line cooks, and management. Was given an offer that day.
