I applied online. I interviewed at Texas Instruments
Interview
3 interviews total. First 2 over the phone and the last one is a video interview with the hiring manager. A lot of technical, organizational skill and STAR type questions. Got the first interview months after applying but did the 3 interviews in a short time frame.
Interview went great, but was alerted 1 hour after my first interview that I did would not be moving forward. I appreciate the efficiency but it seemed like they had chosen another candidate before my interview. Maybe just cancel next time.

Question 1
What courses have you taken as an industrial engineering student?
I applied through university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Texas Instruments (College Station, TX) in Sep 2018
Interview
Met at a college career fair and a recruiter asked to schedule an interview right after. This interview was on the college campus. There were two people interviewing you at once. They asked questions about your experience working with teams, two technical questions (what would you do), and other basic interview questions. The interviewers were super nice and friendly and didn't try to intimidate you during the interview.
what would you do if you have two customers that want the same product. Even though a smaller company customer asked first, what would you do if the bigger company customer wants the same thing by the same time.
