The interview process involves a panel interview format. Initially, the interviewers will provide a background about the position and its responsibilities. This is followed by mostly behavioral questions. At the end of the interview, there will be an opportunity for the candidate to ask questions.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you had a conflict with a co worker on a project how did you handle it
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Texas Children's Hospital (Houston, TX) in Jul 2023
Interview
Applied online, received a call from a recruiter a couple days later for a phone screening. The recruiter emailed me times to schedule a virtual interview with the hiring manager. However, they only give you 1 or 2 days advance notice of when you'll be interviewing so that was hard to navigate when already working a full-time job. Interview with hiring manager went okay. Never heard back from anyone, so I emailed the recruiter for an update 2 weeks later and was ghosted. Very unprofessional from both the manager and the recruiter. It doesn't take but a few minutes to email a rejection letter.
