I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Texas Casa
Interview
The interviewer was friendly and interested in how my background aligned with the intern role and the organization's mission. Unfortunately, I didn't get the job because I don't live in Austin. Initially, they mentioned the internship would be hybrid OR fully remote with occasional in-person events, but later they changed their stance, insisting on candidates from Austin only.
