Worked with a great, responsive recruiter who was able to get me an interview within the week. However, the actual interview was not great, the hiring manager didn't care to engage in small talk and went straight into asking me about my background which I found odd and uncomfortable. It doesn't seem like this company is very well established and lacks structure compared to other firms. I received a rejection notification the next day. The recruiter I worked with left me a personalized email which I found very considerate. That was the only positive note about this interview process.
