Interview
There are three rounds of interviews. First interview is phone interview, Second is with Sales Manager and Branch Manager, Third is with Sales Manager and District Manager. I was expecting the phone interview to be just them explaining the role and asking basic questions but the questions were a little more difficult.

I had a phone interview which I thought went very well. They even asked if I would like to move forward with an onsite interview but I have not heard anything more.

They had a lot of turnover in their HR/recruiting when I applied which this experience made me have a greater appreciation for the roles recruiters play during the interview process. With that, I had one phone interview with the hiring manager who wanted me to call him instead of the other way around which I'm used to. I was qualified for the job but don't think our personalities matched and were complete opposites. Hiring manager has the personality of a plant. Even with me trying to spark conversation, he was very quiet and lacked people skills. Texans seems like a great place to work but wouldn't have enjoyed working with him.
