I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Tex Painting in Feb 2010
Interview
The interview process was done on the phone and then in person. They provided me with alot of info and allowed me to ask a ton of questions.
Upon completion they told me they would call back with a hiring decision.
They did call me and invited me back for one more interview.
