Interview Process
There were three stages:
Initial Screening – A short phone call with HR about my background, availability, and motivation.
Technical Round – Online test including SQL queries (e.g., aggregate functions, joins), basic Python (pandas data manipulation), and a short data visualization task.
Final Interview – Panel interview with two data analysts and a manager. They asked about past projects, handling missing data, and how to measure business KPIs.

The interview was okay/normal. The process included an initial screening call, followed by a technical assessment. The interviewers were professional and the questions were fair. Overall, it was a standard experience with no surprises.
