The interview process started with submitting my resume and cover letter online. After a week, I got a call for a phone interview with an HR representative. This was a brief screening to discuss my background, interest in the role, and salary expectations.
Next, I was asked to complete a skills test relevant to the job. After passing that, I had an in-person interview with the hiring manager. This session included more detailed questions about my technical skills and experience.
Finally, there was a panel interview with potential team members where we discussed specific projects and how I would fit into the company culture. A few days later, I received an offer.
