Interview
I applied in February 2021, two weeks later I was invited to an initial interview, the majority of this interview was them telling me more about the company with a few questions to see if it was the right role for me. After another two weeks I was invited to a second technical interview, this was a 7 hour interview online, with a 2.5 hour programming exercise, half an hour presentation and an hour analytical exercise. The final part of the interview was a chat with HR who said I would hear back in a few weeks. After a while of not hearing I followed up and was reassured that I would hear soon, which has still not happened.
After assessing me for 7 hours I would have appreciated some feedback on my interview and at the very least honesty from the company.

Interview
Applied over the website, had an hour interview with a project manager and was told I would hear back for a second interview. I asked for a feedback on the interview and the interviewer seemed receptive, but it has been several weeks and I've heard nothing back. I also asked via email for an update and got no reply.
The interview was pretty good, I was comfortable and got questions regarding my CV and cover letter. Also had good replies from the interviewe about my own questions regarding the role and the company.

Interview
Applied online and received an invite to interview within 2 weeks. First interview was just an initial screening, asking about my CV, some basic questions of my understanding of data science and they spent most of the time just telling me about the company.
Received an invite for 2nd interview within 2 weeks. This was full day virtual assessment centre style interview (lasted 6/7 hours). Had to do a programming exercise, give a presentation, talk with HR and an Analytics session. Although it was very long, I actually really enjoyed it and felt like it gave me the best chance to showcase my skills. Everyone who I spoke to throughout the day was really nice and seemed genuinely interested in my work. Best interview experience I've had.
Unfortunately my favourable view of the company fell after this point. Took them much longer than they had said to hear the outcome of the interview. Was disappointed I didn't get the job considering how long I'd spent preparing for the interview, but that's okay I spent 7 hours being throughly assessed by them so surely i'll be able to get some constructive feedback? After many emails, and weeks later I still haven't had any. I felt they put a lot of time into me and I definitely put a lot of time into them, as a graduate finding a job is hard enough and any feedback would've been greatly appreciated to take forward into other interviews. I realise companies aren't required to give you feedback but I've had feedback from much shorter interviews, its just so frustrating after all the work I put in and the positive experience I had up until this point.
