Tesla Senior Production/Process Engineer interview questions

Very weird interview experience. I had a phone interview with the recruiter in Fremont which led to a technical round with a senior person for 30 min. Then I had another 30 min interview with a lab manager who didn’t know for what role he was interviewing me for. Finally, I had a presentation with a panel of 5 people and 1:1 interviews which went well. They were highly unprepared for what role they wanted me for and it just put a bad taste which led to no offer.
