Flexible & Custom healthcare:

Contract Team Members receive the extended Medical Flex Plan after 12 weeks. Permanent Team Members can choose the coverage that works best for them; Health Spending Account, LTD, Critical Illness and Life insurances, no waiting involved.

    I applied online. The process took 6+ months. I interviewed at Toyota Motor Manufacturing Canada (Cambridge, ON) in September 2020.


    Hands-on work simulation and interview were on the same day. The interview was laid back and straight forward. The interviewer went over my resume and asked questions about it. I was told the conditions which would apply to my contract.
