BDI, 4 stages. Great format and time spent! Field personnel were there to provide substance, Executive management was brought in for last stage. An informed and well thought out process took place. All references were asked same questions as well.

Phone interview at first and then a face to face in Calgary. Be prepared. They asked many pointed questions and your resume better be up to date and factual. Your denouement and presentation is highly important. They are an environmental company and therefore emphasis on your daily habits.

Sat down with a panel of 2 people and interviewed with basic Star format. Met at the plant and got to meet with foreman and the HR manager. Overall a very short interview (45 Minutes). Was contacted later on with my results.

I recieved a call one afternoon for a company that I had previously been a site inspector too. I chatted with the super and was hired on the spot. Very informal but all cards were laid on the table so it was a stress free experience.

was formal yet comfortable the managers were very friendly and met with me on my time which happened to be 7:00pm at night between the 2 of them the interview went well and i was left feeling comfident in myself and knew i would enjoy working for that type of manager well educated with very good people skills.
