I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Territory Foods in Feb 2022
Interview
Interview consisted of:
30 min external recruiter
30 min screening with engineering manager
3 hour take home assessment
45 min review of take home assessment with engineering manager
45 min technical interview developer
30 min cross functional/behavioral interview with project manager
30 min cultural interview with head of engineering
Quite a lengthly interview process. Felt like it could have been streamlined a little bit, since I had to explain my backstory/work history and about myself with every person. Disappointing to spend 6.5 hours interviewing + prep time and not receive an offer.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Territory Foods
Interview
Pretty standard, a phone screen, 3 rounds of in person (video) interviews, and a 3-5 hour take home assignment. The people were nice, communication was very slow and one of the interviewers was 30 min late to a video call.
I made it through the final round and was rejected without a reason which is always a bummer.
Also, I think Territory uses a third party to run the hiring process. This made it hard to communicate and get feedback quickly since almost every interaction was passed through a middle-man. The whole process from application to rejection took almost two months.
