Terrasoft (Canada) Java Software Developer interview questions

1. The technical interviewers are all newcomers and can barely speak English. 2. They don't read your resume before inviting you to an interview. I listed all my info on my resume but they kept asking about the most obvious. 3. The questions they asked seem to be easy, but they are not about general SDLC, but very niche and small details about a particular technology. If you happen to know it, you know it; if you don't, no way you can figure it out on site. 4. They use obsolete technologies like Hibernate, and they want the candidates to be at junior-to-intermediate level, but how is it possible that such a young dev knows a lot about such an outdated framework? 5. The duty of this position is just refactoring their codebase, which I assume is old and messy. This is the dullest work a dev can get. Overall, good luck with finding a dev who is senior enough to be proficient in Hibernate but still willing to do the dull refactoring work for a peasant's pay.
