Terpel interview questions

First I had a telephone interview in which they asked me if I was interested. Then 5 or 6 days later, the called me for a personal interview. It was really short, the person asked about me and my family background. Then 10 to 15 days later they asked me for a second interview with the IT manager, some tough questions about project management.
