It was stringent interview based on fully technical skills , manageri lskill.they asked basic to advanced technical questions around 1 hour.
I enjoyed the process because most of the ball was in my court.

3 people do the interview. A lot of hydraulic questions and hydraulic flow diagrams get produced and questions are asked on it. Previous design experience is useful but previous huydraulic experience seemed more desirable

Traditional round of interviews. 2 phone interviews from corporate, and then an in-person interview at the facility. Company seemed very easy-going and laid back. I was offered the job but decided to pursue a different route.
