Two initial interviews with an HR representative, followed by a technical interview lasting approximately 90 minutes. The technical interview started with a discussion about my experience and the technologies I’ve worked with. Then, I was given an exercise where I was shown a few code snippets and had to identify potential errors. After that, I was asked to share my screen and solve a coding task. The task was not difficult — they provided a URL linking to a Google Sheet with some data. The idea was to download it as a CSV and import it into a database using any tools I preferred. In my opinion, I met all the requirements of the exercise and provided accurate answers. I also matched all the qualifications listed for the role. Nonetheless, I was rejected.
