Initial HR screening, Same day Phone Interview with the hiring Manager. Final round of interview starts with a panel where you need to give a brief presentation about yourself followed by individual interview with the panel team.

Prescreen phone call where you generally get asked about yourself and broad background. Two interviews over video call. One meeting the hiring manager and the other meeting the entire team.

Did you ever face any difficulties when working in a team and how did you overcome them.
Face to face, but instead of talking with second person, I was told that an executive called an urgent meeting. I suspect it was baloney, but who knows. All in all, a rather strange experience.
