Thanks for taking a the time to provide us with your feedback. We’re disappointed that your experience during your phone screen was not a positive one. We take feedback very seriously and we’re always looking for ways we can improve our processes or ways we can make things right when schedules unavoidably slide a few minutes. As for the content of the call, you mentioned that we didn’t ask any questions. Here’s a bit about our process. Our phone screens are looking at the candidate’s resume and work history. We don’t dive deeply into experiences and skills at this stage. We usually leave the in-depth questions for a series of face to face interviews. We’re sorry you felt it was unprofessional and sounded condescending, we have room to grow in communicating how grateful we are in candidates who are interviewing here at Tenstreet. Our goal is to take great care of people and treat them well, whether they work here or not. Hopefully this experience wasn’t too discouraging for you and you’re already on your way to finding a great fit in your next position.
