Interview
Originally I applied for the summer intern 2020. After the online test, I was invited to the first round of interviews, 1 case + 1 fit. Later on, I was told the summer program was canceled due to Covid. However, I was given the option to be interviewed for a full-time 2021 role instead. I chose to do that and I was then interviewed by 2 partners. Feedback was given right after each interview. The company was very helpful throughout the process.
It was a three turned into four stage process which involved a timed written task online which included writing a press release and social media post along with draft emails
Good and fun. Not too hard cases. Friendly interviewers. Straightforward process. Would recommend applying. 2 final round cases. 1 market sizing for first round. Overall enjoyed it a lot lot yes
The online exam and the online interview were tough but fair. The waiting time for the response to the first round was a bit longer than one would hope for.
