Very informal, there was no real process other than speaking to some people that did not take notes or ask relevant questions, it was more about my experience than my attitude or my capability to do the job

Interview
Overall, it took 5 months to get an offer. I had 8 interviews including F2F, Over the Phone scenario questions, online exams, personality tests, HR interviews ...etc. Overall interview process depends on the position applied.
