Good. Met with a number of different people at various levels in the company. 360 degree interview process. Decision was quick and offer followed. Two weeks later I was in Kabul. The situation on the ground there was as explained during the interview process.

The HR guy gave me a call for the Manager position then they conduct some phone interviews with different person. After some time then they gave me the final offer
