Very easy. Just basically an introductory of the company and seeing if you are a good fit or want to be an independent provider for them. Applied online then was contacted by the recruiter. There were two people on the zoom call. One just stared into the camera while the other one did all of the speaking. Was very informative. However, when one of the interviewers used said, "we don't want to be all up in your grill" I made the decision that this wasn't for me. Just seemed a little unprofessional in the context of an interview. Other than that the interview process was great. Just wish the compensation was more than what they offer to start. The 100-135 k would be 10-12 clients a day full time and thats a little to many clients per day in my opinion.
