One stage process with interview with direct manager and specialist in field. This had some structure in types of questions asked but generic in nature. This was over teams. An offer was then forthcoming which was then retracted a couple of days later for a chat with higher management. This was in fact a second interview, not clearly outlined nor was it honest from the company. The "second interview" was for another reason and was entirely within the control of Teledyne who choose not to be transparent about it.
Second interview was conducted by three members, no lead and no structure. Poorly executed without any idea as a candidate what they were looking for.
