I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at TeleTracking (Bethel Park, PA) in Mar 2022
Interview
This was the most bizarre process for an interview I’ve ever had. I was recruited by an employee on LinkedIn and immediately was set up with five and a half hours worth of interviews with 5-6 people in their company. They claimed they wanted to move very fast. I had to rearrange my entire work schedule to accommodate these interviews. They told me they wanted to come to a decision quickly and then ghosted me for three and a half weeks until i called them out for lack of professionalism. It takes all but two seconds to notify someone of a “pause in the process”. I’ve never experienced such a negative interview process and communication style before. Super bad and unorganized look for this company.
