Interview
Te interview process was a phone interview. They were looking for a quick technical help to their immediate need. This was not a long term position. I could see no long term position here because they must constantly underbid their competition for short term projects. People quit because they get a better rate some where else. Or they are laid off at the end of project.

Database, specifically Microsoft SQL. They are a partner. Also Anti Money Laundering. Their applications for which they support their clients is that. They might think to add some questions about signing in through clients' environments. These are sometimes not existing and often, almost always, very slow.
