We put substantial effort towards developing our business, making our engagements rewarding, recognizing employee accomplishments, and developing a clear understanding of the potential that our staff have with our company. As a relatively young firm, many of our processes are adapting to our successful growth. Although we would like to believe we have solved all of the challenges of a growing company, we realize we have not. Your feedback truly helps us to better understand how to improve.
Telavance consistently encourages our employees to provide feedback on how we can make our company a great place to work at. Speaking with our managers and our open door access to our senior leadership is always promoted and encouraged. Nevertheless, your experience with confusing management structure and communications is an area I would like to better understand and improve.
