Interview
After my initial screening I was asked to complete a written assignment. I spent a few hours on the assignment and upon sending it, they let me know they weren’t hiring for the position anymore. I got clarification that this decision had been made prior to me sending the assignment and I was not informed.

I received an assignment to write a marketing plan for the hypotension program.
Poor recruitment process with too many layers/rounds of interviews that were all scheduled separately. They made me meet/schedule time with at least 9 different people! It was quite ridiculous and they went radio silent after that. One of the interviewers was blatantly rude/condescending so I probably dodged a bullet.

Interview
Recruiter was responsive and kept me in the loop throughout the process. Went through three interviews and was asked repetitive questions from each interviewer. Required to complete an assignment after an interview with the hiring manager. I noticed none of the interviewers took notes.

Not the best interview experience but also not the worst. I wish there were less rounds because 7 different interviews (including the initial phone screen) with a project was a bit excessive. Everyone seemed great though.
