I was also given a DiSC profile test/ The process took about 3 weeks from initial contact, and 2 weeks after the first interview started. This is by far one of the longest processes, which was a little frustrating when you are ready to make a career change (i had to give 2 weeks notice to current employer after that). But i can appreciate the voice they give to everyone in their team to spend time with potential co-workers.
