Interview
After chasing the recruiter several times to advance in the process, I was then passed to a different recruiter who I had never met. The interviews were casual but a bit awkward. Regardless, I made it to the final round where I spent a day and a half
This was by far the worst interview process I have ever been apart of. STAY AWAY. After reading other interview reviews - they are all accurate. The process took about a month and consisted of 4 interviews before the mock pitch. Mock pitch took a few days to prepare and practice only to be ghosted by the recruiting team and leaders after. No feedback or input was provided let alone an offer. If a recruiter reaches out - run and don’t waste you’re time. Might be an indication of the company’s poor financial situation.
The Interview involved 3 Rounds. The first two rounds were technical and last was HR. Technical round involved SQL, spark and coding questions. SQL Questions were mostly easy-medium. Coding question was easy.
