I went through three interviews with Tefron. The first one was an introductory meeting with the VP of Design, which lasted around 30 minutes. The second interview included the VP of Design and the Design Director, during which I presented my portfolio. Lastly, I had a meeting with the Director of People, Talent & Culture. This interview focused on reviewing a personality test I had taken and discussing my work style and personality to assess compatibility with my potential future manager. The interview process was respectful of my time and quite thorough.
