Interview
structured answer application + 2 rounds interview. first round is a chat (motivational/behaviorial type) and if you make it to round 2 it is a take-home assignment on event planning. very rushed process all happened within 1 week. first round interview only requested on same day without prior notice. coordination wasnt that great and somewhat cold communication even though hiring team kept highlighting their work intensity and core value of helping others
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Techstars (Seattle, WA) in Nov 2020
Interview
2 rounds, the first with the program manager, and second round with the managing director. Relatively straightforward, asked about why, background, and what they can do to help you find your next role.
