The interview process was well-structured and consisted of two rounds. The first was a general HR round to assess the candidate's background and suitability, followed by a CV and case-based interview designed to evaluate analytical abilities and consulting skills.

They asked detailed questions related to my CV, including the nature of my previous work and responsibilities. Additionally, they explored topics such as strategies to increase brand visibility and estimating the market size for the apparel industry.

Resume shortlisting followed by interview. The interviewer was not very professional kept us waiting for 1 hour and then rescheduled it to the next day. However, the interview went smooth and good questions were asked

HR round+ 2 more rounds with Sr team members. Focus of these interviews was primarily on interest and experience. They ask you to submit a case study too. But it seemed more of a formality.
