Recruiter was very sweet. Informal zoom initial meeting (a screening I am assuming). They ask you basic questions, who you are, your background and experience. The recruiter explained the company and position a bit. Do some research on the company and position to make sure you cover any questions in the meeting. Did not get selected for a second interview/formal interview. If selected, there are two rounds. First is virtual with the board (if I remember correctly), just talking about you and the job a bit. Second would be in-person and a use case interview. Decent/good pay. Would be best if you have previous experience in this/are confident in the use-case interview and your skills. Super nice though and good experience. I sent a follow up and they responded which some companies do not do. Small company.
