I had an interview with this company, and the process was extremely unprofessional. After being told I passed the technical interview, I was asked to complete a 5-day assignment. I completed it and submitted the work early via a private GitHub repository.
The next day, HR informed me that my application would not move forward. When I checked GitHub to remove access, I realized the interviewer had never even accepted the invitation, meaning my work was never reviewed.
It was clear they had already finalized another candidate and still let me spend days on the assignment without informing me. If this is how they handle hiring, it raises serious concerns.
