Interview
I applied via LinkedIn and got a call from their HR. Simple and quick. But other HR processes post joining are slow when it comes to decision making. Appraisal discussions are avoided to max possible.

I was asked how will I contribute to the teams growth?
HR screening call followed by in-person round with Product Lead.
The interview was easy however, the HR was proactive before the interview and did not respond to calls, emails to give any updated on the process. Never heard back from the interviewer, or the HR.
At least communicate if one is selected or not.

Interview
The Interview was a 3 step process. I was connect by the HR for a detailed round. Post it I connected with the VP operations and the Founder. Both rounds were good. Founders take quick decisions.
