Initially profile screened online. After Screening you would get invitation for Online Aptitude Test to be completed at their office. After Clearing that we have In person Interview - 2 rounds. One with the CEO and other with COO
it was quitely good. some questions related to tell me about yourself.and project details.why should we hire u.and technical questions mentioned in resume.they said that they will call and after that no reply.
Recruiter contacted me by email for a Ceph Storage Admin. I responded with my resume, mostly out of curiosity.
Recruiter called, asked if I was interested in the job. I asked if he had read my resume. He said he had, and then asked again if I was interested. I told him flat out that I had no experience with Ceph. It's not even mentioned on my resume. He asked me what my salary requirements were. I asked him if his client would be interested in me, when the job description clearly called for someone with strong Ceph skills.
He got a bit flustered, and said he would send me an email. The email is asking the same information.
Needless to say, I did not get past this point, as I am not going to work with a recruiter that completely clueless (and neither should anyone else).
