I was interviewed by 5 associates in a conference room. They described the position and allowed lots of time for me to ask questions. I appreciated the time to question each person at the table. They interview was relaxed and personable. I received a call back about a week later with a job offer.

Typical interview with HR describing the role, expectations, current challenges, etc
With that said, I thought the interview went well, was given benefit information, and was told when to expect the next round of interviews.
After that the process fell completely apart. HR never contacted me for a follow up and ignored several email requests to setup a follow up interview. If a follow up isn't going to happen don't feign interest, at least have the integrity to let candidates know so they can open up to other opportunities.
