First, I want to clarify that being placed on hold for a position does not mean that you are obligated to wait for us. Our process is transparent: if you are selected for the position, the HR team will contact you directly. If you're not selected, there won't be further communication. In your case, you were also informed that you had not been shortlisted for the position at this time on Linkedin Throughout this process, you were free to apply to other companies, as we do not intend to restrict candidates in any way.
Regarding the hiring process, every company has its own system, and we follow ours to ensure fairness and consistency. It's important to respect these processes. We also request that you avoid publicly naming members of the team.
Additionally, I’d like to mention that calling HR more than three times a day can overwhelm the process and isn’t standard practice. While we appreciate your enthusiasm, we encourage all candidates to understand the importance of maintaining a smooth workflow.
