Very poor interview process. I reached venue on time and they asked us to sit in where employees work. In call letter they mentioned F2F round but after reaching there got to know they have conducted telephonic round .They didn't even provide a cabin for telephonic round. I had to give my interview in front of all other candidates on phone. There was so much of noise from Interviewer side ( baby crying, people talking etc) Interviewer didn't even ask me anything properly. No such technical questions on my projects, informatica tools, sql , Unix etc. He asked me Very unnecessary questions on those which I have answered. I don't know the feedback but just want to share that I am also an employee of an mnc. I have also managed team and sometimes been part of interview. So while taking interview one person should value the candidate because that candidate also an employee like you in another organisation. So we should respect their value and time. If someone behave like this way people will blame the company not the person so don't create a bad image where you work.
