Interview
My college was tied up with Mahindra and the deal was to take at least 150 students but the no of the students that were selected might shock you.
There were around 450 when the process started after completion of aptitude round there were 60 left, after completion of Technical Interview there were 40 people left and after HR interview 35 people were selected.
So if you prepare for aptitude round and have a decent technical knowledge then you are through the process.

Question 1
Question asked were basics like which type of inheritance is not possible with Java
interview was average not to easy not too tough, asked few questions regarding coding as well, first was telephonic interview with the HR and second was technical interview with the manager, overall was good

3 processes. smooth
technical round, manager round with hr. No written test only logical presentation. very easy process. so you can go to the job no issue. it is easy.
no work pressure
written exam followed by interview with hr and it was moderate interview . But documnet submit process was very lengthy and making bond for 2 year was worse thing which kills some future.
