Mostly conversational questions about my interests, hobbies, and thinking on business writ large. The main goal of the interview was to make sure I would be a good fit with the team's culture of excellence.

Initial screen with partner, then meet other members of the investment team. Casual conversations about college, extracurricular work, reading interests and more. Values focused. Less focused on financial prep and more on ability to reason from first principles, analogize, explain internal motivation.
