5 interviews - recruiter, hiring manager, VP, team, hiring manager again. Then nothing - no communication, not even a form letter from the ATS. I guess this sort of behavior toward candidates is the new norm with private equity owned health care companies.

3 interviews. First initial to qualify. Second to meet with manager and third to qualify with directors. The team interviewing are engaging and informative. They gave great insight into the roles and expectations for the position.
Fair and timely. Direct. Great communication and follow up.I knew where I was each step of the way. I deceived to stay where I was, otherwise this company would have been a great fit
