Interview
Thorough, but the talent level is incredibly high. They want to see if 1) you have intellectual rigor and 2) have the proper soft skills for the role. The process for me went like this: 1) Phone Call with the Talent Acquisition Specialist for about 20 minutes, 2) Zoom Interview with the hiring manager to discuss the role, 3) Panel interview where you gave two presentations with one about a skill(I chose how to escape a rip current) and the other presentation about the company itself to display if you understand the value proposition they provide for their clients. In the panel interview, they will also ask you about work history and how you would react in certain situations, but they mostly want to see how you think and problem solve. 4) I ended with a separate 30 minute call with solely the CEO. Normally he would be on the panel interview but couldn't be on mine due to a scheduling conflict. The call was mostly him asking me questions that would how him how I think and problem solve. Again, the talent level is high and they want the smartest people who are A+ players on the team.
