Manager asked me about my experience, what stood out to me about the company, and where I saw myself in the next 2-3 years. He explained that the position was high-stress and didn't sugarcoat anything. The interview was exactly 30 minutes, as he had another interview right after.
I interviewed at Team Select Home Care (Miami, FL)
Interview
Not tedious, takes some time but pretty easy. They make you feel comfortable and show that they care. They explain all the benefits they provide and give you time to choose your cases. They dont pressure you into having a specific one.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked me my past experiences in nursing and what type of conditions or diagnosis I had worked in. They also offered training for cases I was unfamiliar with.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Team Select Home Care (Fort Worth, TX) in Sep 2025
Interview
Very simple, straight forward phone interview followed by an in person orientation. The orientation took a very long time, the office staff seemed nice, just a little unorganized. You are asked to demonstrate replacing a g tube, administering g tube feedings, and administering supplemental oxygen.
