I applied online. I interviewed at Team Recovery (Cuyahoga Falls, OH) in Aug 2018
Interview
This was a pleasant interview. No phones allowed but if you are prepared with everything written in a notebook then it’s no big deal. The lady up front did ask after if I needed to get my phone to answer any questions.
You do have to fill out an application when you get there and do a personality test.
The person who interviewed me was very kind but also professional.

If you were the CEO at your current job what is something you would change.
The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Team Recovery
Interview
It wasn’t very welcoming at all. The worker up at the front desk wasn’t very friendly and seemed cold towards me. You aren’t allowed to have a phone, which was okay since I would have turned it off anyways. A lot of the process was something I think would be more time saving by having applicants do online prior to coming in the office. I had to fill out an application, list references (hard with out a phone), take a personality test, and a typing test all before even getting a real live person in for an interview. The whole thing lasted maybe over an hour which I didn’t expect since I wasn’t applying for anything very difficult. I honestly knew I didn’t want the job very shortly in due to the whole process. They kind of treated you like you were stupid is how I would describe it. I think if they would have been more welcoming and didn’t have you do a bunch of pointless activities you could do prior I would have had a better experience.
