Initial screening with a recruiter.
Was asked to do a codility test.
After spending time doing the test, the company couldn't be bothered to provide any sort response or updates.
Essentially, they are in the business of ghosting job applicants.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Codility tests were on computing topics such as sql, algorithm and some variation of fizz buzz
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Teads in Aug 2019
Interview
Pretty quick scheduling and responses by the recruiter so I'll give her credit, she was very nice and prompt.
1. Recruiter call.
2. Codility challenge (fizzbuzz, simple sql query, dom parsing and binary search debugging).
3. Engineering manager skype interview (general q&a about expectations, description of position and a little bit of pair programming). EM was very pleasant.
4. Skype call with Head of Engineering. Mostly just q&a about experience, etc.
5. Would have been onsite I guess.
Overall a good experience but I was a bit confused as to how I got through the technical bits of the process to be denied in the round with HoE.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Teads (New York, NY) in Jul 2019
Interview
I had the initial phone conversation with the recruiter. The recruiter is sitting in France. That made scheduling a little bit difficult. Then I had the online coding test - which I was not able to answer, basically left it empty and never heard back from them. Although I wrote back to them afterwards. It would be good, if they told me they are not moving forward with me - anything is better than going silence.
