Quick and easy interview process. I was only asked a few basic questions as this was essentially an internship for college students. Was offered the job the next day and stayed in the position for two years.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Teach for America

The hiring process was rigorous but if you have experienced interviews before you will be fine! Definitely prepare, know your resume and be able to articulate how your experience translates to the CCC role!

I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Teach for America (Grand Rapids, MI) in Jun 2018
Interview
I was given two parts to my interview process. The first involved a phone screen, and the second involved a video interview that lasted around an hour.
Overall the interview process was nice and personable. I was able to learn a lot more about what was involved with the position than I knew previously. What was nice is that they spent a lot of time on getting to know why the candidate wanted to interview as opposed to just focusing on resume content alone.
I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Teach for America (Dayton, OH) in Jul 2016
Interview
